Faq’s
Is a deposit required?
Yes, to secure your requested date a $200 non refundable deposit will be due, but we can apply your deposit towards a different date if you need to reschedule within a weeks notice of your event. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event
How long is the rental period?
Rentals are for 8hrs! If you would like to extend your time it will be $50 per hour!
Do you charge a cleaning fee?
We do not, however if the bounce house is excessively dirty and the rules were not followed then you will be charged the full amount of the rental.
What if we damage it?
If the bounce house gets damaged during your time of rental you will be charged a fee! WE HAVE A STRICT NO FACEPAINT OR GLITTER/CONFETTI RULE
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash the day off. Venmo is also accepted.
How do you clean your bounce houses?
We wash & sanitize the inflatables after each use! :)
Can you add balloons to the bounce house?
Absolutely! We know tons of amazing vendors we would be happy to recommend.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers and asphalt! Unfortunately we cannot set up on rocks/gravel.
What if i have to cancel?
If you reschedule for weather we will need to be informed 48hrs prior. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. We allow a rescheduling for up to a year
